The Essence of School Renewal: The Prose Has Begun.
Glickman, Carl D.
Educational Leadership, v50 n1 p24-27 Sep 1992
For a school to be educationally successful, it must be a community of professionals working together toward a vision of teaching and learning. A school must develop a vision, determine decision-making processes, assess effectiveness of strategies, establish and clarify major goals, obtain control over resources, and avoid distraction. The League of Professional Schools aids in this process. (six references) (MLH)
