Snapshots from High School: Teachers' vs. Professors' Views.
Kagan, Dona
Educational Leadership, v50 n6 p28-31 Mar 1993
Education professor's intimate look at teaching through two high school teachers' eyes revealed gap between theory and practice. Both taught to standardized tests and used mandated curricula. Felt their job was not to subvert system but to help students succeed within it. (MLH)
