Will Privatizing Schools Really Help Inner-City Students of Color?
Farrell, Walter C., Jr.; And Others
Educational Leadership, v52 n1 p72-75 Sep 1994
Although urban public school educators are not achieving optimal results, there is no evidence that for-profit educational companies will do any better or possess special expertise in educating poor students of color.
