Results from a statewide survey (Arkansas) indicated that (1) accetpance of more severly disabled persons is likely; (2) that the knowledge about mentally retarded, cerebral palsied, epileptic, and autistic individuals is accurate; and (3) that attitudes toward the disabled and community living facilities are positive.
