The Outcome of Normalization: Strengthened Bonds between Handicapped Persons and Their Communities.
McCord, William T.
Education and Training of the Mentally Retarded, v18 n3 p153-57 Oct 1983

The usefulness of human service technology must be evaluated by its potential for strengthening the bonds between handicapped and nonhandicapped persons. (Author/CL)
