A Test of Intensive Vs. Extensive Training Schedules

In a controlled experiment to determine the effects of intensive and extensive training schedules, it was learned that the former resulted in fewer dropouts and lower rates of absenteeism but the latter achieved higher levels of learning. The trainer must weigh the different advantages in planning his supervisory training program. (AG)
