The Inclusion of All Students: Concerns and Incentives of Educators.
Pearman, Elizabeth L.; And Others
Education and Training in Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, v32 n1 p11-20 Mar 1997
A survey, the "School and the Education of All Students Scale: Concerns and Incentives Subscales," was given to educators and administrators (N=558) in a Colorado school district during 1994-95. Educators' primary concerns about inclusion were time pressure for teaching all students well and proper training for managing challenging behaviors. Specific incentives rated as important for successful inclusion were identified. (Author/DB)
