Measuring Service Quality in the Context of Teaching: A Study on the Longitudinal Nature of Students' Expectations and Perceptions.
Li, Rose Yanhong; Kaye, Mike
Innovations in Education and Training International, v36 n2 p145-54 May 1999
Presents results of an empirical study on the changes of students' expectations and perceptions of service quality in teaching. Results show that, whereas students' expectations appear to be relatively stable over the time of the study, their perceptions of service quality change over time and their perceived service quality level decreases as their course progresses.
