Mentoring Young Learners: Does Everyone Really Need a Mentor?
Stead, Richard
Education + Training, v39 n6 p219-24 1997
British college students (n=414) were paired with mentors in their work placements. Relevant expert knowledge, formal mentoring relationships, and training of mentors were considered important. (SK)
