This article describes Southwest University's no-fee teacher education internship models in terms of their organization, content, requirements, and quality assurance. It further introduces the quality assurance system, which comprises building a teaching internship system, establishing internship sites, guiding teacher training, and processing management. The article explores the theoretical basis of the university's internship efforts and provides a comparative analysis of the three models: volunteer teaching internship, mixed-team internship, and specialty-focused internship. Finally, it identifies issues for further consideration.
