Framing the Future: Self-Determination
Wehmeyer, Michael L.
Remedial and Special Education, v36 n1 p20-23 Jan-Feb 2015

This article examines the evidence that promoting self-determination is critically important for students with disabilities, explores reasons such efforts are not wide-spread, and provides recommendations to remedy this situation.
