Understanding Preferred Cognitive Styles--A Tool for Facilitating Better Communication.
Stein, Barbara L.; And Others
Journal of Education for Library and Information Science, v27 n1 p38-49 Sum 1986

Differences were found between the groups in oral, written, and nonverbal communication, and reasoning patterns, which may result in poor communication when librarians deal with health science patrons.
