Assessing the Effectiveness of a Model for Educating Rural Librarians in Using Internet Resources.

Describes a model for training rural librarians in the use of information resources available on the Internet and reports on a study to assess the impact of the model on implementing and promoting Internet resources. Findings suggest that the model was effective in empowering librarians to act as change agents. The questionnaire is appended. (Author/LRW)
