Technology Integration and Thematic Instruction in a School/University Partnership.
McCraw, Phyllis A.; And Others
Journal of Computing in Childhood Education, v6 n1 p43-57 1995
Examines teaching styles, technology use, and implementation of thematic units among preservice and practicing teachers. Findings indicated that teachers' instructional styles influenced the ways computer technology and thematic instruction were implemented. Suggests that successful integration of technology and thematic instruction requires changes in teaching styles, acquisition of appropriate hardware and software, and further development of the school-university partnership.
