Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) is a disability when it limits a major life activity. Qualified postsecondary students with ADD are entitled to appropriate accommodations to make courses, examinations, and activities accessible to them. Legally required services must be provided at no additional charge by the institution. Services not legally required may be offered for a fee. (Author/MSE)
