On Racial Sensitivity Training for College Freshmen: A Survey of Institutional Opinions and Practices.
Nesbitt, Leroy, Jr.; And Others
Journal of Blacks in Higher Education, n3 p77-79 Spr 1994

Others merely doubt the utility of the approach. (SLD)
