Perspectives on Philosophical Shifts in Vocational Education: From Realism to Pragmatism and Reconstructionism.
Hill, Ann Marie
Journal of Vocational and Technical Education, v10 n2 p37-45 Spr 1994

Instead of a pragmatic philosophy, however, reconstructionism provides a framework wherein students can reflect critically on the uses of existing technology and develop new technologies. (JOW)
