Rating the Science Departments at Black Universities.

A tentative effort is made to use citation analysis to evaluate productivity of science departments at black universities and to compare them with other black universities and white universities. Caution is urged in interpreting citation analysis results, but they do seem to indicate a widening gap between white schools and black schools. (SLD)
