Teachers' Use of and Perceptions of a Drug Curriculum.
Norland, Stephen; And Others
Journal of Alcohol and Drug Education, v40 n2 p100-11 Win 1995
Presents findings from a study of teachers' attitudes about their drug education curriculum. Teachers regarded knowledge about drugs to be comparatively less important than other goals for the reduction of drug use, calling into question the specialized drug curriculum. Better alternatives may include strengthening traditional school programs and opportunities.(JPS)
