This study explored differences in teaching efficacy among Korean preservice early childhood and elementary teachers beginning and completing preservice programs. Subjects completed a teacher efficacy scale. Results indicated that preservice teachers became more efficacious regarding personal efficacy and less positive about teachers' general ability to make a difference in school. (Author/SM)
