The Hunter Model: A Four Year Longitudinal Study of Staff Development Effects.
Donovan, James F.; And Others
Journal of Research and Development in Education, v25 n3 p165-72 Spr 1992
Researchers studied the impact of the Madeline Hunter school improvement approach, following students of teachers who had or had not completed development workshops and received coaching and feedback. There were significant teacher-perceived gains in implementation; student achievement scores rose but were not solely attributable to the Hunter method. (SM)
