An attempt to provide a tentative set of categories for analysis and evaluation of the increasingly popular attempts to use space and time as educational tools. It has been based on the belief that the variable use of space and time does not in itself signal significant educational change or progress, rather, it is only by viewing the impact of these tools on other factors that a meaningful assessment of their import for education can be made.
