Nurses should capitalize on the hospital as one of the influences to enhance personnel performance and gain personal fulfillment. Nurse administrators and educators should make every effort to capture and maintain an excitement in daily practice for the entire staff; this excitement should be transposed into the program goals for nursing service and administration.
