What Does Globalization Mean for Educational Change? A Comparative Approach. Guest Editorial Essay.
Carnoy, Martin; Rhoten, Diana
Comparative Education Review, v46 n1 p1-9 Feb 2002

Comparative education must examine how globalization and its ideological packaging affect overall delivery of schooling at international, national, and local levels. (SV)
