Cultural Issues in Secondary Education Development in West Africa: Away from Colonial Survivals, towards Neocolonial Influences.
Quist, Hubert O.
Comparative Education, v37 n3 p297-314 Aug 2001

Surveys of 200 secondary students in the two countries indicate their preferences for European languages and music. (Contains 40 references.) (Author/SV)
