International Aid Agencies, Learner-Centred Pedagogy and Political Democratisation: A Critique.
Tabulawa, Richard
Comparative Education, v39 n1 p7-26 Feb 2003
Since 1989, international aid agencies have shown a marked interest in and preference for learner-centered pedagogy.
