European Identity in the Young and Dutch Students' Images of Germany and the Germans.
du Bois-Reymond, Manuela
Comparative Education, v34 n1 p27-40 Mar 1998

Dutch adolescents' writings and discussions show that children can reflect on stereotyping mechanisms and that real or imagined interpersonal contacts can mitigate negative stereotypes and stimulate reflection.
