Educating for Uncertainty in a Changing World: Issues within an Australian Remote Indigenous Context.
Torres, Pat; Arnott, Allan
Comparative Education, v35 n2 p225-34 Jun 1999
In response to overseas economic competition and changing technologies, Australia's national vocational education and training system was recently restructured, with emphases on competency-based training and industry participation.
