Evolution of Relations between Community Colleges and Universities in Ontario.
Skolnik, Michael L.
Community College Journal of Research and Practice, v19 n5 p437-51 Sep-Oct 1995
Describes Ontario community colleges' shift from applied arts and technology schools emphasizing occupation-specific training with little articulation with universities to recent intersector linkages. Argues that the system's original rejection of articulation created attitudinal barriers to change and that articulation should be attached to larger social issues to make progress.
