A Campus Cluster Program: Effects on Persistence and Academic Performance.

From the experience of the California State University, Northridge Freshman Cluster Program and other institutions' experiences, it is found that cluster students have been generally more persistent while in the cluster program, viewed the program as helpful in making and maintaining friendships, and performed at about the same level as noncluster students.
