A Video-Audio-Participative (VAP) system was developed to teach management innovation to large classes using a role playing branched programed film in the classroom. An experimental study confirmed that VAP allowed for teaching more information better in a shorter time while requiring less preparation by instructors but retaining flexibility for the seasoned professor.
