Hall, Scott E.; Sears, Susan J.
Journal on Excellence in College Teaching, v8 n3 p3-24 1997
A study examined the influence of a structured curricular intervention on the personal and social identity development of college students, using a revised pretest/posttest version of the Extended Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status-2. Results supported faculty's role in developing students' capabilities beyond the intellectual domain. Collaboration between faculty and student affairs personnel is discussed. (Author/MSE)
