A generic model for a Course-In-Oneself was developed for self-assessment on the basis of valuing participant responsibility for self-awareness and using instruments designed to further self-control and enhance generalization of feelings and behaviors. Pre-post research evaluation suggests that such educational assessment experience does contribute to personal well-being. (Author)
