Personality Differences among Business Students.

In this article, the personality characteristics of today's business students are examined. A group of 15 manifest needs are evaluated by means of the Edwards Personal Preference Schedule and are analyzed within the framework of an analysis of variance model incorporating sex, age, and educational level.
