Effects of Situations and Performance Variables on Instructional Ratings.

Examines the effects of instructor performance and situation variables on students' rating of instructors and courses. Results of multiple regression analysis indicate that situational variables are strong determinants of student ratings. Variables accounted for 33 percent of overall course rating variance and 13 percent of overall instructor rating variance. (Author/BEF)
