Tested an approach to individualize instruction for the teacher in his environment. Used a pre-post evaluation design with control groups to assess changes occuring in knowledge, opinion, and proposed teaching techniques. Each teacher had four weeks to develop and implement a plan of instruction. The treatment produced significant changes. (Author)
