Multicultural and inclusive education models have important implications for educators confronting the challenge to provide programs that allow all children to flourish. Proposes a framework of practical strategies for implementation and monitoring programs. In implementing programs, teachers must evaluate their attitudes toward diversity and their instructional strategies and be flexible in adapting lessons to children's individual needs. (TM)
