Ethnicity and Parenting Stress Change during Early Intervention.
McDowell, Augustus D.; And Others
Early Child Development and Care, v111 p131-40 Jul 1995
Examined whether changes in family support and resources would affect parenting stress in families of medically fragile children. Results suggest that changes in support and resources correlate with change in parenting stress. However, for white families, stress changes correlated to child's developmental progress or changes in social support, whereas for non-white families, stress changes correlated to income change. (AA)
