Fivaz-Depeursinge, Elisabeth; Frascarolo, France; Corboz-Warnery, Antoinette
New Directions for Child Development, v74 p27-44 Win 1996
Used Lausanne Triadic Play paradigm to examine the stability and predictive validity of cooperative, moderate, collusive, and disordered triadic family alliances during play in infancy. Triadic alliances describe families' fulfillment of functions of participation, organization, focal attention, and affective contact during play. Found that adjustments combining participation and organizing are stable over six months. (Author/KB)
