The Role of Imagery on Concept Acquisition in Lower-SES Children
Dixon, David; Saltz, Eli
Child Development, 48, 1, 288-291, Mar 77

The results showed no differential imagery effects for the acquisition of functional concepts. When the concepts were perceptual in nature, the trends suggested high-imagery facilitation.
