This paper studies the impact of section 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom on the rights of disabled students to educational services in provinces with permissive and with mandatory legislation. Two interpretations of the charter, a minimal intervention and a more active intervention by the courts and their impacts are presented. (Author/JAZ)
