Paul Klee's "Caprice in February" was on display in the author's artroom for use with a third-grade class. Without any prompting, her kindergartners became very interested in the color of his background. The author decided to take advantage of her students' enthusiasm. This article presents how the author and her kindergarten class use "Caprice in February" in reviewing the concepts of line, color and shape. (Contains 1 online resource.)
