The Cheat-O-Meter: Talking about What It Means to "Be Faithful"
Curtis, Jena Nicols; Coffey, Kathryn
American Journal of Sexuality Education, v2 n4 p89-111 Jan 2008
Many HIV/AIDS prevention programs advocate that audiences "be faithful" to their partners to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, yet beliefs about what exactly constitutes faithfulness and "cheating" are rarely explicitly discussed in relationships. The Cheat-O-Meter is an activity that encourages participants to explore and discuss their own beliefs and values surrounding sexual fidelity.
