A study of the demographic characteristics and management styles of the deans, associate deans, and assistant deans of U.S schools of pharmacy found that about 23 percent preferred a high people- high task-management orientation and 26 percent preferred a low people- low task-management orientation. Five management styles were distinguished. (MSE)
