A study hypothesized that education contributes to the development of expectations and aspirations that may not be realized in pharmacy practice and that anxiety, depression, and job dissatisfaction would result from elevated expectations. The educational process and interaction between educational emphases and practice environment did not prove to be influential. (SW)
