Motivations of Pharmacists for Participating in Continuing Education.

The motivations of pharmacists for participating in continuing education are investigated to determine if the imposition of mandatory continuing education has any influence on motivation to participate. Possible differences in motivation when compared by demographic variables are also examined. Differences in motivation related to state requirements are noted. (JMD)
