Full-time women pharmacy faculty members in 71 colleges were surveyed regarding their career choice, personal and professional characteristics, sex discrimination, career satisfaction, and whether they are perceived as role models for women students. Overall, they did not believe they were discriminated against and were satisfied with their careers. (JMD)
