Faculty Attitudes Toward Required Evaluative Projects for Doctor of Pharmacy Candidates.
Murphy, John E.
American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education, v61 n1 p73-78 Spr 1997
Describes evaluative projects required of seniors in an entry-level pharmacy doctoral program, and faculty (n=57) attitudes toward them. Findings indicated 32 publications and 68 professional presentations resulted from the projects. Respondents agreed the research-related courses and projects are important and that the project improves analytical and presentation skills. Junior faculty were more positive than more senior faculty. (Author/MSE)
