A Rationale for LOGO for Hearing-Impaired Preschoolers.

Preschool-aged twins, one hearing impaired, the other normally hearing, were introduced to LOGO using the Apple II Plus. The objectives of the project were to enhance the development of spatial visualization, provide opportunities for problem solving and creative efforts, and introduce an organized symbol system in addition to spoken language.
