Dynamic Orometrics: A Computer-Based Means of Learning about and Developing Speech by Deaf Children.

A computer based dynamic orometer is described which was developed to study deaf speech and the visual-vocal linkage paralleling the auditory-vocal channel of hearing children. Preliminary results are reported for oral sensory-motor control, speech production, and acoustic findings. (Author/CL)
